We will therefore understand that you accept them and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from accessing or using the Portal.

Aldo Yael Martínez Reyes and/or its subsidiaries, holding companies, related parties, and affiliates (hereinafter, collectively and interchangeably, the "Company") reserve the right to modify the content of the Portal at their discretion at any time, without prior notice.

The User, understood as the person who uses or accesses the Portal through computer equipment and/or any communication equipment or device (hereinafter the "User"), agrees not to use devices, software, or any other means intended to interfere with the activities and/or operations of the Portal, its databases, and/or the information it contains.

1. USE AND RESTRICTIONS. Accessing or using the Portal constitutes the User’s full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Through the Portal, the User may access, engage, and/or use various services and content (the "Services and Content") made available by the Company. The Company has the right to deny, restrict, or condition the User’s access to all or part of the Portal at its sole discretion, and to modify the Services and Content of the Portal at any time without prior notice.

The User acknowledges that not all Services and Content are available in all geographical areas, and that some Services and Content may be used only after the User has engaged, activated, or registered for them and/or paid for them. The Company does not guarantee the availability or continuity of the operation of the Portal and the Services and Content, or the usefulness of the Portal or the Services and Content for any specific activity, regardless of the means of access used by the User. The Company will not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind caused by a lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the Portal and/or the Services and Content.

Use of the Services and Content on the Portal is solely the User’s responsibility. The User must use them in accordance with the functions permitted on the Portal itself and the uses authorized in these Terms and Conditions. The User therefore agrees to use them in a manner that does not contravene accepted standards of conduct, the rights of third parties, rules for Internet use and interaction, the laws of the United Mexican States, or the laws in force in the country where the User is located when accessing the Portal and using the Services and Content. The Portal is for the User’s

individual use, and the User may not commercialize the Services and Content in any way.

2. RESTRICTIONS. The User has no right to place hyperlinks within the Portal, use the Portal’s links, or place or use the Services and Content on their own or third-party sites or pages without the Company’s prior written authorization. The User may not prevent any other User from using the Portal or the Services and Content.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The intellectual and industrial property rights in the Services and Content, the distinctive signs and domains of the Pages or the Portal, and the rights to use and exploit them, including, without limitation, their disclosure, publication, reproduction, distribution, and transformation, are the Company’s exclusive property. The User acquires no intellectual and/or industrial property rights simply by using or accessing the Services and Content of the Portal. Such use will at no time be considered authorization or a license to use the Services and Content for purposes other than those contemplated in these Terms and Conditions.

4. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The User agrees that the provisions of section 3 above concerning ownership of the Company’s rights also apply to third-party rights in the Services and Content of the Pages, domains, or information presented on or linked to the Portal.

5. QUALITY OF THE SERVICES AND CONTENT AND THEIR WARRANTIES. Neither the Company nor its suppliers or commercial partners will be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the User as a result of inaccuracies, inquiries, advice, typographical errors, or changes or improvements made periodically to the Services and Content. Recommendations and advice obtained through the Portal are general in nature and should not be relied upon when making personal or professional decisions. An appropriate professional should be consulted to advise the User according to their specific needs.

The Company offers the Services and Content with a commercially reasonable level of competence and diligence but provides no warranties in relation to them. The Portal is provided by the Company "as is" and "as available." The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, concerning the operation of the Portal or the information, content, materials, or products included in it. The User expressly accepts that use of the Portal is at their own risk. The Company reserves the right to remove or delete any information from the Portal at any time at its sole discretion. Neither the Company nor its suppliers or distributors offer specific warranties concerning the Services and Content; the Company excludes all warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Under these Terms and Conditions, the Company does not assume and will not assume any liability to any person arising or potentially arising from the Services and

Content, browsing the Portal, inquiries, clarifications, and/or any other type of response provided by the Company through any means of communication.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, advisers, attorneys-in-fact, representatives, and/or any person related to it against any liability that may arise by virtue of and/or in connection with the Portal, the provision of the Services and Content, or any other matter arising from these Terms and Conditions.

The User understands and accepts that the Company’s liability of any kind will, in all cases, be limited to the amount paid as consideration for the Services and Content.

5.1 RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS. For Users’ protection, they may cancel the Services and Content they acquire on the Portal at any time, at their sole discretion and without any liability.

The User acknowledges that charges made to debit or credit cards for the Services and Content will not be refunded and that, when making such payments, the User is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the service providers associated with those payments.

5.2 SHIPPING. The Company will not be liable for any delay and/or failure to comply in relation to shipments made, including through third parties outside the Company. The User accepts the associated risks and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the service provider responsible for shipping.

6. LINKED THIRD-PARTY GOODS AND SERVICES. Providing information on the Portal or on other linked sites does not imply the Company’s recommendation, warranty, sponsorship, or approval of that information, goods, and/or services. The availability of goods and/or services offered by third parties or linked sites is not the Company’s responsibility. Accordingly, the Company will not be liable before any authority of any kind for any matter relating to the sale, consumption, distribution, delivery, availability, or provision of any goods and/or services offered by third parties or sites linked through the Portal.

With respect to Services and Content provided by third parties within or through links to the Portal (such as links, banners, and buttons), the Company is limited exclusively, for the User’s convenience, to: (i) informing the User about them; and (ii) providing a means of putting the User in contact with suppliers or sellers. Products and/or services marketed within the Portal and/or on linked third-party sites are supplied by independent merchants and will under no circumstances be understood to be the Company’s responsibility. There is no employment relationship, association, or partnership between the Company and those third parties. All advice, recommendations, statements, information, and content on third-party pages linked to or within the Portal represent the opinions and judgments of

that third party. Consequently, the Company will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the User as a result of them.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY. The Company agrees to keep confidential any information received from the User that is confidential under the legal provisions applicable in the United Mexican States. The Company assumes no obligation to keep confidential any other information the User provides.

8. USE OF NON-CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
